Conservative management for AVN hips
Avascular Necrosis is a disease that usually occurs in young people after corona / due to changes in blood flow to the hip.
AVN- Avascular Necrosis of hip
This generally occurs in young people, incidence increased after corona due to use of steroids and charge in viscosity of blood leading to thrombosis of blood vessels supplying femoral head.
AVN occurs when blood supply to femoral head stops which leads to hip arthritis. to diagnose AVN 1st X-rays done, later MRI for proper staging of disease.
FICAL ARLET Stage 2- Medical treatment and small operations to relieve pressure such as core decompression can be performed.
After stage 2 this modalities don’t give much benefits to the patient.
