Most common cause of heel pain is plantar fasciitis.

Pain occurs over
– Heel.
– Bottom part of foot.

What is plantar fascia?
It’s thick band of tissues that runs across the bottom of foot.

– Sharp / stabbing pain.
– First few steps of mornings are painful.
– Unable to walk freely and properly.
– Unable to walk for long.

Causes
– High-impact activities.
– Obesity.
– Flat feet.
– High arches.
– Prolonged standing.

– Physiotherapy.
– Medicines.
– Extracorporeal shock wave.
– Footwear modification.
– Silicon sole.
– Water fomentation.
– Intralesional injections.
at last surgery if all the above treatments does not recover the issue.
